H.T. Hayashi Foundation is a proud supporter of the University of Hawaii’s commitment to the mental health of its student-athletes. This support began before the pandemic and has continued despite the challenges presented by the public health and economic crisis we find ourselves in.

Student-athletes are more than just wins and losses; they are individuals whose lives and futures can be enriched by sports participation in numerous ways. H.T. Hayashi Foundation believes it is vital for colleges and universities to support more than just their student-athletes’ physical health. Providing mental health support will impact the lives of these student-athletes well into the future.
